Eugene Barry

Eugene Barry is the Chief Commercial Officer of Dubai Airports. He joined Dubai Airports in 2009 and has more than 15 years’ experience in airport travel retail, particularly in the Middle East. He has previously worked with Dubai Duty Free, Dufry and Aer Rianta.

Under his leadership, the commercial team takes the forefront in driving the continuous growth focus of non-aeronautical revenue – crucial for maintaining sustained profitability, essential for funding future development, improving customer service, and keeping aeronautical charges competitive.

Dubai Airports' non-aeronautical revenue streams include airport property leasing, retail, food and beverage, on-airport advertising, parking and transport, hotel and lounges, and concessions for inflight catering, ground handling and fuel.
