Paul Griffiths is the CEO of Dubai Airports, with the responsibility for the operation and development of the world’s busiest airport for international passengers— DXB, as well as Dubai's future hub in the making, Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC).

In 1999, when His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum envisioned creating leadership at every level across what was then Dubai Department of Civil Aviation, HE Jamal Al-Hai found himself at the helm of affairs, playing an instrumental role of translating that compelling vision into reality.

Adil Abdullah Al Fahim is the Chief Financial Officer of Dubai Airports, responsible for leading the financial and supply management strategies for the business, as well as overseeing enterprise assurance, risk, compliance, and legal functions.
Chief Operating Officer
Majed Al Joker is the Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports. He was appointed to the position in early 2022 to oversee terminal service delivery, airside service delivery, the airport operations control centre, security, and safety & sustainability. In 2024, he assumed the additional responsibility of managing corporate resilience.
Chief Strategy and Development Officer
Richard Talian is the Chief Strategy and Development Officer of Dubai Airports, leading strategy and planning, development, and brand and communications. With a solid foundation in the organisation dating back to 2008, Richard was instrumental in developing the airport master and business plans, laying the foundation of the expansion for Dubai’s airport infrastructure and its ascent to become the world’s busiest international airport.

As the Chief People Officer of Dubai Airports, Meshari Al Bannai is responsible for shaping the evolution of the organisation’s culture and evolving the systems, processes and development programmes designed to support the vision to be the world’s leading airport operator.
Chief Commercial Officer
Eugene Barry is the Chief Commercial Officer of Dubai Airports. He joined Dubai Airports in 2009 and has more than 15 years’ experience in airport travel retail, particularly in the Middle East. He has previously worked with Dubai Duty Free, Dufry and Aer Rianta.
Chief Technology and Infrastructure Officer
Omar Binadai is the Chief Technology and Infrastructure Officer of Dubai Airports, leading the transformation of the organisation’s technology solutions and overseeing the ongoing maintenance of its critical infrastructure.
